Hoppy Crew in action - brewing new QUAD IPA and ending up on labels. Mighty beer, filled to the brim with Mosaic®, Enigma™ and Idaho 7™ hops, added in several stages. The first one brings tropical flavors, the second one - white fruits and berries and the third one stands for stone fruits and pine notes. For the fermentation we used Wyeast London Ale III yeast. Hop Rate: 35g/l.
